Application
Photoinitiator 184 (chemical name: 1-hydroxycyclohexylphenylketone) is widely used in the following fields due to its high efficiency and low yellowing characteristics:
1、 Coatings field
Plastic coating
Used for acrylic ester series UV curable varnish, suitable for plastic surface coating, with extremely low yellowing degree after curing.
Metal coating
Applied to metal gloss varnish, providing high gloss and weather resistance, especially suitable for surface treatment of automotive or industrial metal parts.
Wood coatings
Used for white wood paint, it maintains low yellowing even after prolonged exposure after curing, suitable for high-end furniture or decorative materials.
Paper coating
Used for paper polishing, improving surface wear resistance and scratch resistance while maintaining transparency and low yellowing.
2、 Ink field
UV printing ink
As a co initiator, it quickly solidifies ink layers and is suitable for fields such as label printing and packaging materials, with low odor.
White system ink
When used in conjunction with titanium dioxide, it can ensure that the white coating is completely cured, avoiding poor surface curing.
3、 Other fields
Adhesive
Used for light curing adhesives, such as electronic component packaging, optical fiber coatings, etc., with fast curing speed and high stability.
Electronic products
Applied in electronic product protective coatings or circuit board packaging, providing chemical and heat resistance
